/Like an in-house receptionist, but better.

Virtual receptionist

Our virtual receptionist service is a bespoke answering service that goes beyond simple message taking and phone answering.

Offering the same benefits and serving a similar role as an in-house receptionist, trained operators answer in your business name, as well as handle basic tasks and queries. Among the service requests attended to by virtual receptionists include managing bookings, scheduling appointments, and transferring calls – all with the flexibility of 24/7 remote support. With calls answered and handled professionally from start to finish, your customers are always assured of excellent service.

No matter the size or nature of your business, having solid organisational and administrative support is key to your success. Whether you’re loaded with appointment requests or customer service enquiries, a virtual receptionist service immediately improves your company’s ability to manage incoming calls and allows you to focus on more essential business functions.

Apart from streamlining admin processes, a virtual receptionist service also provides a great cost-effective alternative to full-time front desk staff. Your business only pays for the service when you need it, such as when a call comes through or when confirming a client meeting.

In addition, virtual receptionists are adaptable to your business needs and are well-trained to follow specific response instructions, ensuring that efficiency and professionalism are never compromised.

A virtual receptionist service is charged based on either its setup or usage.

Setup covers the preparation and training phone operators undergo to capably answer according to your instructions. There is a $150 once-off setup fee upon starting your service, which can vary up to $500 depending on complexity. Additional fees apply for modifications to your call handling script or procedures.

As for usage, you’re charged based on minutes spent handling calls, rather than the number of calls received. Call minutes and excess call rates are charged at 30-second intervals.

Billing is time-based, so you only pay when operators are handling your calls. This can also be limited to overflow calls, after-hours calls, or weekends and holidays. A great alternative to their in-house counterparts, a virtual receptionist comes at a fraction of the cost, since you pay only for the service you need, when you need it.
