Unified messaging is the integration of different electronic messaging and communications systems including email, fax and voicemail.
We offer the following Unified Messaging services:
With unified messaging, you can receive faxes and voice messages anywhere you have email access, including your computer and smartphone.
When you apply for our inbound Voice2Email or Fax2Email email service, we allocate you with a dedicated local number for your voice/fax mailbox from our pool of Australian telephone numbers (in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth).
Your dedicated number is linked to your personal mailbox on our Unified Messaging System. We configure your mailbox to be either a voice or fax messaging system.
Receive faxes via email, with no need for a fax machine.

When a fax is received at your dedicated Fax2Email number, it is saved as a .tif or .pdf file, and then attached to an email and sent to your designated email address.
To view your faxes, you simply double-click the files and your standard computer or smartphone software* will open them for viewing.
Send faxes via email, with no need for a fax machine.

Sending a fax is as easy as sending an email attachment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your fax has been successfully sent from our fax server.
When a voice message is received at your dedicated Voice2Email number, it is saved as a .wav file, attached to an email, and then sent to your designated email address.
To listen to your messages, you simply double click the attached files and your standard computer or smartphone software* will play them.
The Voice2Email service allows you to do the following:
If you need to repeat the same information over and over to callers, we can offer you an effective, time saving and economical way of promoting your product or service.
This service could be likened to an answering machine on which you can record a long greeting (your announcement).
It combines a 1300 number (or 1800 number) with Voice2Email (with the number being routed/directed to terminate at your Voice2Email service).
You simply record your announcement (information about your product or service) as a greeting on your Voice2Email service.
Callers to your 1300 or 1800 number will then listen to your announcement, and will then be given the opportunity to leave a message.
Our system will then forward their recorded messages directly to your designated email account.
