Calls are answered in your business name 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. Messages are taken for the requested department or individual within your organisation. The messages are then forwarded to the relevant person/department immediately by SMS and email, with a copy of the message also posted to your online Customer Portal.

Copies of individual messages can also be sent to more than one person (for example, a copy of a staff member's message could also be sent to their manager).

Things you should know about our Team Messenger Live Phone Answering: Setup is $25 for Master account and $10 for each namelist/team member. Additional fee may apply for setup of non-standard scripts. Minimum term 3 months, then month to month. 1 full calendar months notice required to cancel. Initial 3 month Minimum Plan costs for Team Messenger is $117+GST. Plans can be upgraded/downgraded during the first 5 days of the billing cycle (calendar month). Message SMS sent to more than one recipient incur an additional fee.
