You can configure your home phone, office phone, mobile phone, 1300 number or 1800 number to redirect to your Live Answering Operator 24/7 OR on "busy" OR on "no answer" or any other time you choose.

If you have 1300 numbers or 1800 numbers, they can also be configured to automatically redirect to your Live Phone Answering service at specified times (e.g. outside regular office hours).

Things you should know about our Messages 24/7 Live Phone Answering : Setup is $25. Additional fee may apply for setup of non-standard scripts. Minimum term 3 months, then month to month. 1 full calendar months notice required to cancel. Initial 3 month Minimum Plan costs for Messages 24/7 = $87+GST. Plans can be upgraded/downgraded during the first 5 days of the billing cycle (calendar month). Message SMS sent to more than one recipient incur an additional fee.
